Trovata black cotton Yulia dress, size XS

This versatile Yulia dress from Trovata is a sweet, short style.  It features an open, split V-neckline adorned with Trovata's signature ruffled collar, and pearl-white buttons running down the front.  It has an adjustable, self-fabric drawstring waist tie that easily adjusts the fit, and features a playful, two-tiered skirt.  Cute 3/4 sleeve with slight puff.  Made of 100% cotton.  Measurements are approximately: bust 38", waist 35", length 33".
