This romantic style from Lucy Paris is so sweet for summer.  Made of light blue fabric, with the look of faded denim, this is accented with white embroidery and lace.  The elastic neckline can be off-the-shoulder or on the shoulder.  Slightly cropped length with 5" of sheer white lace as the hem.  Built in lining with elastic hem.  Like new!

Measurements: bust 36", waist 42" (definitely a loose and breezy fit), length from top elastic band of blouse to the hem of the lined area is 9", with another 5" of sheer lace at the bottom.
