Be the life of the party in this pretty confetti-inspired dress from Julia Jordan.  A pale beige background is dotted with bright multi-colors in a happy print.  Blouson style bodice with keyhole detail in the back, elastic waist with coordinating sash, and a flowy skirt.  So pretty!  In excellent condition.
