Returns and Refunds

Returns of unworn, unused items are accepted with 30 days of receipt by customer for merchandise exchange or store credit ONLY, minus shipping costs.  If applicable, all original Adrienne's tags must remain attached.  All Formalwear and all Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  This policy applies to online purchases only.  All in-store sales are final. 

Shipping

To return your product, ship to: Adrienne's, 1001 2nd St NE, HICKORY NC 28601, United States.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable
